Our hours of operation are 10am – 8pm Monday to Saturday.
How do you ensure a premium product every time?
We only sell the highest quality marijuana. All our product comes from a licensed Grower and go through testing & quality control procedures to make sure all our customers receive top quality product that is potent, clean and free of any type of foreign tainting such as mold, fungus, mildew and fertilizers.
How much product can I order at one time?
As per Health Canada’s regulations you can order up to a 30 day supply or 150 grams at a time. Patients may order as many times as they wish within their 30 day limit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping on orders under $200 costs a flat fee of $14.99. For Orders over $200, the shipping is on us!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment and shipped through express post. Delivery can take from 1-5 business days relative to your location in Canada
My Canada post tracking number is not working?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you before it’s been scanned at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. The tracking information can take up to a day to work. Please let us know if it persists longer than 1 day.
Canada Post has an internal scanning system that generates tracking info. There are sometimes delays or items can be missed. Although generally, packages arrive within a day after their estimated delivery date.
